In Eluvia, we also like to share experiences from our travel journeys. I was really lucky to go to Ecuador in April for 1 month. When I
returned, I have presented photos and experiences from the trip to
my colleagues.

My goal was to visit Shamans in the Amazon rainforest and then in the mountains. I learned two different approaches, both closely related to nature. Colleagues were enthusiastic about the story and even bravely tried one traditional Amazonian medicine during the break: meditation with mapacho forest tobacco, from which the infusion is dropped into the eyes.
