VÁŠ DOMOVNÍK is a company specializing in rental management. His team of experts with many years of experiences strives to minimize the risks associated with renting real estate for the client and at the same time offer a guarantee of income from such a lease.

What was our goal

At the time of the company's business expansion, arose the need to expand the employee team. Owners realized that it was no longer sustainable to manage leases and manage cash flows using an Excel spreadsheet. They needed to precisely define and specify business processes and implement a system that automates them as much as possible.

How we proceeded

The owners therefore decided to address the Eluvians and they provided them with a tailor-made information system that enabled this expansion and is still a cornerstone of Domovník's activities. And it can be said that now society cannot operate without it. The system defines a comprehensive database for the registration of clients and managed properties. Based on this, other functional modules are built to ensure the life cycle of leases, generation of business contracts (e.g. brokerage, reservation and lease agreements, including amendments) and other correspondence and documents from the prepared templates. Everything is connected to a bank account and the system automatically monitors and generates all payment transactions. Another module takes care of automatic advertising on dozens of real estate servers. Last but not least, the system includes a client zone, thanks to which the company's customers always have an overview of what is happening to their property.

All this together saves time for all company employees. And we all know that time is of the essence, and that is true for Eluvia as well.
