With our french client, which we can´t mention unfortunately due to our contract conditions, we are delivering ready-made solutions for retail sales promotion, especially luxury boutiques.

 

Target

In a solution connecting software and hardware to bring added value and user experience. To make shopping more pleasant, as otherwise a relatively dull activity, and to attract the attention of a potential customer to the client's products or to make them special, so that the customer chooses the client's from two identical alternatives.

 

Solution

Specifically, these are:

• touch screen software controlling a textile ribbon printer for personalized gifts
• software solution controlling a 3D object printer
• touch screen software controlling an engraving machine for printing shoe labels
• sales stands for prepaid cards online services in the form of Android applications
• other devices conveying an extraordinary customer experience

Eluvians are involved in these projects by specializing not only in the software itself, which is common for us of course, but also for those, who can figure out  communication with controlled hardware. We then combine a comprehensive solution with an administration interface that allows us to replicate use for multiple brands or products without the need for additional programming interventions.

The user (customer) thus experiences a completely new experience and the seller offers him an unconventional surplus added value.
